I think ‘democracy’ means that people do what they want within the framework of law, people say what they think, the head of the state guarantees the rights of the citizens, all people and authorities follow the constitution, people can live in any place they choose. (Я думаю, что демократия означает, что все люди и органы власти следуют конституции, люди говорят то, что они думают, люди могут жить в любом месте, которое они выберут, глава государства гарантирует права граждан, люди делают, что хотят в рамках закона.)
