In answer to your first question, I rarely miss school because of health problems. I try to stay healthy by eating nutritious food, getting enough sleep, and washing my hands regularly. I also exercise regularly to keep my body strong and to prevent illnesses.

When I am ill and have to stay indoors, I find ways to entertain myself. I usually read books, watch movies, or play board games with my family. Sometimes, I also like to do puzzles or draw. These activities keep my mind engaged and help me pass the time while I'm recovering.

To stay healthy, I try to maintain a balanced lifestyle. I eat a variety of fruits and vegetables, drink plenty of water, and avoid junk food.
