As for me healthy way of life is to have balanced regime. To go to bed and get up at the same time every day .To eat healthy food , not to eat fast food. .At first live not to eat but eat to live . To spend much time in a fresh air. To go in for sports.
It means that I get up early. Then I do my morning exercises. Have light breakfast and walk to school(on foot!). After school I rest a little and every day go for a walk. I never spend much nime in front of TV. And I always go to bed early. That's what I call a healthy way of life.
