It is one of the most important  public holiday.The Queen gives her Christmas message which is broadcast jn TV. radio. and Internet.A beautifully decjrated Christmas tree a traditional gift from the people of Norway- is displayed in Trafalgar Square.

I know, that  Christmas Day  is an annual festival commemorating the birth of Jesus Christ observed most commonly on December 25 as a religious and cultural celebration among billions of people around the world. 
 Children are waiting for Santa Claus (St. Nicholas), which will put them presents. People are preparing for Christmas very much, but the main course on Christmas eve - the Turkey.
