Many of people can't realize how lucky they are to be alive. There are a lot of people who have different diseases and many of them fight for their life daily. And they are much happier, realizing the price of moment, than regular people.

We can do such things as breathe and see, hear and talk. We don't remember we can walk, run, dance, do things with our own hands. But somebody can't.

That's why we should pay attention on things and be grateful for what we have. If you think, that you're unhappy, then just hug yourself with hands and keep going.
