Thursday lunchtime I'm really excited because it's Sports Day at
school today. It's half past one now and the
races start at two o'clock. At the moment,
it's cloudy. This is good because it isn't
very hot. There are six different teams. My
team is called Newton and our team colour
is yellow. The Watt team usually wins the
team competition but this year we want
to win. I love running and I'm in the 400
metres race. I'm also doing the high jump.
My mum's coming to watch.
