Nancy took her daughter Donna to the wood. The wood had lots of trees. It had lots of squirrels, birds and wild animals. Donna was walking in the forest and looking for nice small orange squirrels because they were the most beautiful animals. The squirrels climbed up and ran down the trees. They chased and played one another. The squirrels looked like kids.
Nancy sat down on a bench. She took a book out of her bag and read it. Donna ran over to a squirrel. She tried to catch the squirrel. The squirrels ran up and down the trees very quickly. So Donna couldn’t catch them. But the girl had a lot of fun and she ran away from her mother. When the squirrels disappeared the girl realized that she lost her way in the wood. She didn’t cry. She remembered her mother told her “You should keep to the path”. Donna ran back to her mother and they went home.
