Going to live in another city was very difficult and at the beginning I found Dublin so strange compared to the neighborhood where you and I lived in Liverpool. I also felt really different from everyone here but your advice to sign up for lots of after-school activities really helped. I've been learning a bit of Irish, which I have found really confusing, and I'm learning to play basketball. I'm determined to make more friends and to be more sociable. Speaking to each other on Skype is great and all those amazing messages you've been sending me are really motivating. It's been great to be able to count on you when I'm feeling lonely.
