Write these sentences using the models of Complex Object.
Model 1. He wants to be introduced to the chief of the department (the colleague). — He wants the colleague to introduce him to the chief of the department.
1. The injured man wanted to be examined (the paramedics). 2. I don’t
like to be asked personal questions (strangers). 3. The victim expected to be
informed on the results of the investigation (the detective). 4. The lawyer
knew that the defendant was innocent. 5. The police believe that the suspect
is involved in several crimes.
Model 2. I heard him. He played the piano. — I heard him play the piano.
1. I noticed her. She parked her car. 2. The instructor watched us. We
developed and took fingerprints. 3. I saw him. He interrogated a suspect at the
crime scene. 4. The policeman observed the criminal. The latter climbed over
