The body is made up of 60% water. It's important to drink water, cuz when you stress and work your muscles in the gym, they are losing water.

3. Sleep 7-8 hours every night.

Sleep is important for various aspects of brain function.

4. Eat whole and real food.

Whole foods fill your body with more vitamins & minerals, the nutrition we need to stay healthy on the inside.
