I think to do a lot of sports is a good idea. Any kind of sports makes us to keep fit. Moreover if person does sport it gives  him\her self -confidence and others respect such person. Also in this way everybody can find like-minded people and make new friends

I play football. To my mind it is very interesting game and I do it with a lot of my friends

I think the most exciting sports are marital art, boxing, fencing etc. So I can say that the most boring sport is playing chess
