Nowadays the easiest and the fastest way to eat is to buy some burgers or French fries. We are to busy to cook. We aren't able to go to the grocery shop. That's why we choose junk food. It's much tastier and cheaper. More than that, you don't waste your time on buying and cooking. But on the other hand, it hurts you health much. High-calloried and full of fat food is not good for our body. We become fatter, fatter and fatter. Our life is followed by various diseases.
Healthy food is the way to feel happier, to have better sleep, to be more active. If I had a chance, I would definitely choose avocados or meat instead of wrappers, but waking up at 7am to go to school, I don't have such opportunity.
