Karate day

Last  Saturday was  a karate day.The day before on the end of sport lessons sensei briefly explained karate day and all classes were given leaflets.

Expect sensei where there and students who regularly train karate. The Interest was very great and in the sports hall  there wasn’t enough place, Because from other trainin rooms(classrooms) other things were moved.Students were divided according to age, weight and height.

We-karate students  were sensei and other students learned in basic, easy and effective techniques of self-defence. After that there was a competition for us (karate students) in which  we competed in ijka kata, shotokan kata and kumite.At the end of the karate day most of us  got new karate degree.

There was a huge interest that is why we had a great time  and I hope there will be another karate day in the future.
