Сейчас which do you prefer? why? ​

1)I prefer going shopping alone because I can take as much time as I need to find the best clothes to buy and not to worry that someone is waiting for me.

2)I prefer studying during the day because in my opinion night is that time of the day when you have to rest and not to put pressure on your brain
