Tasmania is the smallest state in Australia. It is an island and it is about 300 kilometres long and
240 kilometres wide. Tasmania has a cool climate. Many kinds of fruit are grown in Tasmania.
Some of the fruit grown are apples. peaches. apricots and cherries.
Hobart is the capital of Tasmania. It has a beautiful harbour and behind the city there is a high
mountain. The mountain is called Mount Wellington. There is a very good road to the top of the
mountain. The view from the top is fantastic. You can see the harbour.
