I’ve got an elder brother. He is 21 and he is a university student. He is fond
of cars and music. 1 I like singing everywhere and all the time. My
brother prefers jazz but also listens to pop music. Sometimes he goes to classical
music concerts. I do not remember him ever choosing a concert of heavy metal or
rock. 2 For a long time I could not understand why he was doing it.

One day I decide to ask him why he always chooses this type of music while
driving. “Well, sister,” he says, “can I be quite frank with you? 4” He
adds that he will listen to anything else if only I promise not to sing along.
