It is pouring heavily. 16. It was foolish to say so. 7. It is a matter of vital importance for me to know the truth. 18. It is no use trying to convince him. 19. It is unlikely that he will tell you the truth. 20. One would certainly think it wrong. 21. They say the third time is always lucky. 22. We intend to discuss it in Chapter V. 23. What happened puzzled everybody.
