Plaintiff, Nicolas Knipe, file this Notice for Trial, pursuant to Rule 1.440(b) of the Florida
Rules of Civil Procedure, and state the following:
1. The above-entitled action was filed on or about February 5, 2020, and is an action
for Premises Liability.
2. The above-entitled action is at issue and ready to be set for trial, and Plaintiff
requests a setting of trial.
3. It is expected that the case to be tried will require approximately two (2) days. The
action will be tried before a jury. The trial is on Negligence -Premises Liability.
