Переведите на : я начала учить не только потому что это был школьный предмет,большинство информации содержится на .мне хотелось смотреть фильмы в оригинале и понимать ,что говорят герои,читать статьи на ,слушать музыку и понимать смысл.

I started to learn English not only because it was a school subject, but also because nowadays most of the information is in English. I wanted to watch American and British films in their original language and understand what their characters say. Besides I wanted to read articles and listen to songs in English and understand the meaning.
