2. Past Simple or Past Perfect.
• The Vikings (sail) to North America a thousand years ago.
• She (not/want)to go to the cinema because she (already/see) the film.
• I (just/choose) a dress to buy when a thief (steal) my bag.
• My aunt (flow) to Paris last year. She (never/go) on a plane before that.
• He (not/feel) well because he (not/sleep) at all for 3 nights.
