Basically harmless and extremely handy means of exchanging goods and services, money has been made "the root of evil" by people throughout our history. It is killed for, betrayed for, it has replaced genuine happiness. However, even though money is something that makes a weak, greedy person a slave - it can give youabsolute freedom in the world of material things! There is no point in either sorts of slavery, whether it is unvoluntary poverty or  unconscious wealth.
