Why do people prefer fast food? Firstly, it is a good chance to have a snack when you do not have enough time. This food is cooked very fast and you don`t need to wait for a long time being hungry. Secondly, fast food is not expensive and you can buy it almost everywhere. If you want to eat you don`t have to pay a lot of money for it. Thirdly, fast food is tasty and nourishing.
But some people don`t eat fast food. They think that it is very unhealthy and it is harmful for their health. This food consists of cholesterol, and because of it, people, who like fast food and eat it very often, suffer from the obesity and they are inclined to the heart disease, gastric disease and some other problems.
We should understand that food is an important part of our life. We should choose healthy food which is not harmful for us. I am against of fast food but sometimes I can allow to have a snack when I am terribly hungry and I do not have enough time to eat properly. Food must be useful but fast food destroy our health, but we know that "health is the greatest wealth".
"День здоровья" Вчера в моей школе был проведён день здоровья. Уже в холле нас встретила группа учеников,которые предложили нам надеть марлевые повязки.Каждый урок в этот день был тематическим.К примеру на физкультуре нам наглядно,на примере одного курящего ученика из моего класса,было показано,на сколько менее выносливы лёгкие курильщика,нежели лёгкие некурящего человека.В столовой нам было предложено попробовать кислородные коктейли,сделанные из натуральных соков.Нам сказали что один стакан такого коктейля,заменяет трёхчасовую прогулку на улице.На уроке Обж нам показывали очень интересную презентацию о вреде алкоголя,наркотиков и сигарет.Из неё я узнала много нового,о чём раньше даже и не подозревала.Урок биологии так же выдался довольно увлекательным.Мы собственными глазами смогли увидеть все те вещества,которые оседают на лёгких курящего человека и я думаю что некоторые после увиденного точно бросят курить.В конце дня нам раздали брошюры о профилактике здорового образа жизни,в которой содержалось на мой взгляд очень много полезной информации.Я считаю,что такие профилактические дни здоровья,нужно проводить как можно чаще,т.к они являются очень познавательными и содержательными.
"Health day" Yesterday at my school was held Health Day . Already in the lobby we were met by a group of students who offered us wear gauze bandages . Each lesson that day was themed . For example in PE us clearly , for example, one smoker student in my class , it was shown how much less hardy smoker's lungs than a non-smoker lungs . In the dining room we were invited to try the oxygen cocktails made from natural juices . We were told that one of the cocktail glass , replaces a three-hour walk on the street. At the lesson OBZH showed us a very interesting presentation about the dangers of alcohol, drugs and cigarettes. From her, I learned a lot about what had not even suspected . Biology lesson also was rather fascinating. We were able to see with my own eyes all those substances which are deposited on the lungs of a smoker and I think that after seeing some just quit smoking . At the end of the day we were given a brochure about the prevention of a healthy lifestyle , which contained in my opinion a lot of useful information. I believe that such preventive health days should be carried out as often as possible , unnecessarily they are very informative and meaningful .
