I think that the best way to lose weight is sport. If you do sport exercises you will loose your weight very quickly. Firstly because your body needs energy, which it takes from your excess weight. Secondly your muscles need energy to recovering after big loads. But this variant has one big disadvantage. It will be hard for lazy people because you have to go to workouts everyday. besides that, sport will become good hobby for every person hwo loves calls. And if it has already become one of your favourite activities, you probably will not have any problems with excess weight.
