Personally, I think that every man has the right for education. Education shall be free,at least, as Primary and General education. Primary educatin should be compulsory. Technical and professional uducation shall be made generally available and higher education shall be equally accessible to all on the basis of merit. Eventually, human should have the right for edecation,as it's one of the most important things in modern life
