2) Where is he a judge? - Специальный
3) He is a judge in a small or big town? - Альтернативный
4) Who is a judge in a small town? - Вопрос к подлежащему
5) He is a judge, does he? - Разделительный, вопрос "с хвостиком"

1) Does he want to make a will? - Общий
2) What does he want to make? - Специальный
3) He wants to make a will or he's not? - Альтернативный
4) Who wants to make a will? - Вопрос к подлежащему
