Well, first of all, I'm sure no need to be in panic. Take everything easy.

The first you have to do is develope yourself at home. Learn English or write useful articles in internet. Right now, everybody has great opportunities to find themselves in any directions. Nowadays, we have the unique time to change our mind and there is nothing can bother us.

The second thing is your movement. Train at home, do different exercises at your playground. You know, workout is the best the human has. That's my opinion, but no need to be afraid of doing that. You might do this single. I believe, only right PE supports our immunity once and forever. Get it always and everywhere, and your mood will be great!

My piece of advice:

Learn English on distance, don't loiter your time.

Do some exercises, keep your shape in a good condition.
