My favorite dish is pizza. In order to prepare it, you need flour, sour cream, eggs, as well as ingredients for the filling. The filling can be any. I prefer pizza with ham and tomatoes. Pizza preparation takes place in several stages. First you need to prepare the necessary products: wash and cut the red tomatoes into circles, cut the ham into thin strips and grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Then you need to knead the dough. To do this, mix the sour cream with eggs, salt and flour, and knead the dough until it becomes soft and elastic. Then cover the dough with a napkin and let it "rest" for 30 minutes.

After the dough has lain down, it should be rolled out into a pancake half a centimeter thick and transferred to a pre-greased baking sheet. The next step is to lay out the filling in layers. First put the tomatoes, then the ham, and sprinkle with grated cheese on top.

Then you need to preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees, place the pizza pan in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
