In my family we pay great attention to healthy eating. It became our good habit.

F, we start our day with breakfast. We never miss it, because without breakfast our organism won’t wake up and we will stay without energy. Second, our lunch contains all necessary nutrients, fe, fruits and vegetables, carbohydrates, and proteins. So, we can say, that our lunch is perfect.

After that we have the last meal - dinner. We don’t eat much and too late.

Atwe go to sleep. It helps us feel good during next day.

In conclusion, I can say, that we live without health and weight problems and enjoy our life.
