1. The car was not bought by Sam last Sunday.

2. These photos are not being taken by Steve now.
Similar to the previous sentence, we add "not" after the helping verb "are" to make a negative sentence in the Passive Voice. The original sentence was "These photos are being taken by Steve now." To make it negative, we add "not" after "are", resulting in "These photos are not being taken by Steve now."

3. The lock was not broken with a hammer.
Again, we add "not" after the helping verb "was" to make a negative sentence in the Passive Voice. The original sentence was "The lock was broken with a hammer." To make it negative, we add "not" after "was", resulting in "The lock was not broken with a hammer."

Remember, when making a negative sentence in the Passive Voice, always add "not" after the respective helping verb ("was" or "were"). This changes the meaning to indicate that something did not happen.
