many students the school bus is the only
means of transportation to and from school.
What are the advantages and disadvantages of
going to school by bus?
There are certain advantages to travelling with the
school bus. Firstly, it can be really fun. For
example, children can chat with their friends and
have a good time on the way to school. Also, the
school bus makes life easier for parents, as they do
not have to worry about picking up their children
from school.
On the other hand, there are disadvantages to
taking the school bus. First of all, travelling by bus
can be inconvenient. Children have to wake up
very early in the morning in order to be at the bus
stop on time. Secondly, school buses have to
collect many children, so it can take quite some
time to reach school.
To sum up, there are arguments both for and
against using the school bus. Although children
have to wake up early and spend some extra time
getting to school, travelling with friends to school
is a fun and safe experience for students.
