In the first picture I see a cyclist. The second picture shows snowboarders. To engage in Cycling, you need to have a good bike and protective gear. Snowboard requires a snowboard, glasses, helmet and other equipment, warm clothing and good health. I often ride a bike, but I think that snowboarding is more dangerous and exciting, because there is adrenaline and you can literally fly through the snow. But it's also dangerous, which makes me feel a certain amount of interest.
