Last weekend I (1) to Lucerne, in Switzerland for a short break. It was fantastic! We (2) there from Heathrow Airport on Friday morning. The town is really pretty. On Sunday we (3) a bus trip around the lovely lake and we (4) some very interesting sights. We (5) some really friendly people and we (6) some delicious food, but we (7) a lot of money because it's a very expensive town. We (8) on Sunday, butI really want to go back there one day!
