Last Saturday, my sister and I 1) (catch) the 9 o'clock train to Glasgow. We got as far as Dumfries

the train, we 4) (decide) to take a walk
through the countryside. The area was so picturesque
that, instead of going on to Glasgow, we 5)
(spend) the rest of our weekend there!
