I. Reading Healthy lifestyle
It is a pleasure to look at a strong, athletic man and slim beautiful lady.
It is known that healthy people live longer and their career is more successful. To look well you must follow some simple rules: don`t smoke and take drugs, don`t drink alcohol, don`t eat too much chips and sweets, eat more vegetables and fruits, sleep well, do exercises.
It is important to know what foods are best for our healthy lifestyle. We do exercises, run, jump, play basketball and pioneer ball, ski in winter. I think that we must have more lessons of physical training than we have now.That is why there are PT lessons twice a week in timetable. A person’s diet should be made up of healthy food. A balanced diet with carbohydrate, protein and lots of water keep you healthy and strong. The most helpful food for sport isn’t a food at all, but a drink; it’s water. If you need a remainder, listen to this: Carbohydrates are your muscles’ fuel; for bones, protein is a useful tool; and water is what keeps you cool!
