Have you ever tried to learn english on your own (reading books, watching educationl programmes on tv, videos and films in english, listening to radio programmes)? which of these ways of learning a language do you find most effective? why?

I think a more qualitative way to learn a language is to read books. Because when you read the book is better remembered and digest information.
