It was great to hear from you and I think it’s wonderful that you are trying to be more active. It’s important to
exercise but be careful not to 1) it. Remember, you have to warm up properly before you
2) and you must never 3) pain while you exercise. It may be a sign that
something is wrong. Also, make sure you drink lots of water to 4) the fluids you lose and get
plenty of sleep to 5) both your body and your mind. That way you can 6)
