Dear Alex, I'm very sorry that you did not go to the concert.

I would like to give you a little advice. If your parents didn’t allow you to go to the concert, try to persuade them in this way. Better tell me where you will be, with whom and at what time you will return home. Most importantly, reassure your parents that you will be responsible. So, parents will consider that you are no longer small and can be responsible.
