Complete the multi-part verbs in the text. It was terrible hardest race of my life. The weather was terrible but the school decided to go ahead 1. the race. The first two miles were okay but than we had a cross a river and go up a hill. I nearly gave 2. because I felt terrible. Than, I got a pain in my leg and was going to drop out 3. the race. But I didn't want to let my team 4.. In the end, I finished the race and came third. I was really happy when they gave 12. the medals!
