If you want to keep your body in good form, there are many ways to do it. You can do some sport, like jogging and doing morning exercises. Also you can play sport games, like baseball, volleyball etc. If you don't like doing sport, you can keep a diet. But very close diet may be very harmful for your health. You can balance your nutrition, eat more for breakfast and less for dinner.
