Chop onions and fry them,then add flour and thyme.Chop tomatoes and add them to onions.Fry minced meat and mix it with onions and tomatoes.Boil potatoes and mix them with milk and butter.Put the meat in dish and put potatoes over the meat.Cook in a oven 180 until the top is being brown
