The teacher must be understanding, strict, but kind,also understand and respect the student, appreciate their opinion and correct if there is a mistake.Teach and help in the development of the student, as they must understand each other.This is not just a study,but a team work,I believe such qualities should have a teacher.

A teacher has to be qualified, understandable and caring.

If she or he doesn't explain a certain subject well enough, the students will have a hard time studying and doing homework.
