Как известно, «such» ставится перед существительным, а «so» перед прилагательным. Если у существительного есть определитель и т. д., то «such» ставится перед этим определителем. Если существительное исчисляемое(countable), то после слова «such» ставится неопределенный артикль а/an. А в случае неисчисляемого(uncountable) артикль не ставится.

Ну, "so" ставится просто перед прилагательным.
