I think it is true. It's so strange,because russian language is our own. So,it is very difficult to learn. Abroad,many Arabic and Turkish people understand and speak in russian,Young people in Russia do not understand how important to learn our own language. So,lets  take grammar books,copybooks and certanly,we must learn rules. It is important for our future life and for our country's life.
