2 Read and circle. Yesterday I (1) went/ looked to London with my family. The trip (2) landed / started well.
We (3) left/ needed home early and (4) arrived / asked there about ten o'clock.
We (5) helped / visited the Tower of London. Then we (6) stopped / had a picnic lunch in
a nice park.
After lunch there was a disaster! My mum (7) lost / came her bag with her money and
mobile phone. We went to the police station and (8) met / dropped a man at the front
door. He (9) had / made my mum's bag! He said he (10) found / wanted it under a seat
in the park! My mum was very happy. She (11) stayed / took us to a café and we had a
wonderful dinner before we came home. The day (12) brought / finished happily.​
