2 Every year our sports teachers organise a special event - sports day. Our school is famous for sport a
we have a lot of sportsmen. The first day is for juniors, classes 1-5, and the second day is for senior
classes, from grades 6 to 11.
Students like this event because they do not have lessons these days. From morning to evening we
play different games. Junior classes like relay races. They run with a stick in teams. Girls like jumping
with skipping ropes. The first team to come to the finishing line wins. Senior classes play different
team games. There is competition among them. The winners are happy. They get medals, and the
winning team gets a cup. Those who lose are happy too because they can have a chance to win next
time.
