The article was published last week, if I am not mistaken. 6. The lecture was attended by all of us yesterday. 7. A taxi was called fifteen minutes ago, so we are expecting it any moment. 8. b)  

1.  I was asked the way by people three times.  

2. The cars had been parked on the pavement by lots of people.
