I usually do morning exercises in order to be healthy. Twice a week I go to the gym. Every morning at 6.30 am I go jogging. I like to play tennis and volleyball with my friends after school. I eat a lot of fruit and vegetables because they contain a lot of vitamins. I drink a lot of water to be more healthy. I never eat fast food and other types of unhealthy food. I used to go to the swimming pool to be healthier.
